It all depends on the guy. I like both! I'm not so keen on long hair, unless were talking about a Native American-then it can be sexy. No Afro's at all please, even on black guys-I like their heads shaved (black men always seem to have nice-shaped heads). As long as it is cleaned and groomed-your good.
