Well a lot of shampoos and conditioners do this...but a little while ago there was a (ghey) commercial for something called Wash N Curl...I've heard it doesn't work as well as they make it look like it does, though. If you really want your hair to be curly no one shampoo can do the job. You've gotta use shampoo, conditioner, gels, and mousses. If all that doesn't work (as in your hair can't hold a curl) use curlers or a curling iron.

that is impossible. You can not change the structure of hair with out wetting the strand or heat. If you saw a commercial, it is a lie. The only way to curl your hair is either: curling iron, hot rollers, permanent solution, or set it on wet rollers and let it air dry!

umm well no shampoo is capable of turning naturally straight hair curly.

but herbal essences has a shampoo and conditioner totally twisted

they also have other products in that collection but ive never tried them

i have naturally wavy hair, but when i use this its curly

so it might give you wavy hair. and next time you go to the hair stylist, ask for layers, those bring out curls

i don't know if there is a shampoo or conditioner that does this, but sometime's i make my hair curly. all i do is wash and condition as normal, and when i get out of the shower i spray garnier fructis curl shaping gel in my hair, and either scrunch it or wrap it around my finger to create ringlets. let it air dry, and it'll look curly and great, too!
