yes,you have to wash your hair,then scrunch your hair when your hair is wet,the voila,you have curls,just make sure to add some shine spray and some hair spray to make the curls hold.

eww i have that stuff and i think it smells nasty and doesn't do that good of a job. but if you still want to try it, then here's how. when you get out of the shower squirt product into your hands, so you can scrunch the product into your hair. then use a diffuser or let it air dry.
